13 years in the power industry
Deeply engaged in power demand-side management and energy digitalization since 2012, understanding the load profiles and usage habits of C&I users
Six business lines, from a cost-cutting entry point to green-asset operation
With power retail as the first entry point, we uncover savings through demand-charge optimization, then use the virtual power plant as a hub to upgrade the resources built up from PV, storage and integrated energy management into tradable, operable green assets
The first entry point for C&I customers to cut costs and gain efficiency
Provides market-trading agency, plan design, contract settlement, deviation-assessment management, green power / green certificate and trading advisory services for C&I users, and outputs digital capabilities to retailers through Power Trade+

Tariffs and market rules keep changing across regions, and C&I users must enter the power market under local access requirements. Purchasing management should follow local rules and enterprise load, compare retail plans, and manage usage deviation and price-volatility risk; actual purchasing cost depends on tariffs, load profile and trade execution.
Dual role
On one side we provide purchasing/retail agency and trading advisory to C&I power users; on the other we output digital capabilities to other retailers through Power Trade+. Operating experience feeds the platform, and platform data scales service efficiency.
Multi-province integration
We have completed power-trading system integration in Anhui, Shaanxi, Zhejiang and other provinces; the related agency and services are carried out under local registration and access requirements.
Integrated entry point
Contracted users can run demand-charge optimization from a load diagnosis, then further link PV, storage and the virtual power plant.
Participates in spot trading under local market settings and access rules; the stages below are not open in every region

Once adjustable resources are aggregated, participate in demand response and ancillary services under local market openness and access requirements
Deeply engaged in power demand-side management and energy digitalization since 2012, understanding the load profiles and usage habits of C&I users
System integration completed in Anhui, Shaanxi, Zhejiang and other provinces; agency and services are carried out after local registration and access, and integration does not equal obtaining agency qualification

Deep cooperation with ecosystem partners such as Baidu AI Cloud and Shougang Group to provide systematic service for large group customers
Billing-mode optimization · storage & demand coordination
For the by-capacity / by-demand difference under two-part tariffs, uncovers demand-charge savings through billing-mode change and joint storage-demand optimization, with results reconciled against the utility bill

This service applies to customers on two-part tariffs. It compares the cost of billing by transformer capacity versus by maximum demand under local rules, assesses the optimization headroom based on historical load, production schedule and equipment conditions, and reconciles actual results against the utility bill.
Billing-mode change
Calculates the difference between by-capacity and by-demand billing from historical load data, and files the change under enterprise production constraints and local billing rules.
Joint storage-demand optimization
When maximum demand exceeds the break-even line, storage discharges to lower demand, using a 15-minute mixed-integer linear program to dynamically optimize charge/discharge.
Service delivery
CETE TECH handles metering-device installation and billing-mode change; the related fees and responsibilities follow the contract.
Against historical load and transformer capacity, calculates the difference between by-capacity and by-demand billing, files the change under production constraints and local billing rules, and reconciles actual savings against the utility bill
When maximum demand exceeds the break-even line, storage discharges to lower transformer output, using a 15-minute mixed-integer linear program to dynamically optimize charge/discharge
The original plan used 7 storage cabinets (1,631kWh); the demand-billing optimization plan uses 3 (699kWh)
Metering-device installation and billing-mode change are arranged per the specific plan; the delivery scope is defined by contract
Investment costs and each party's service responsibilities are defined by the specific plan and contract
Optimization revenue is accounted for based on the actual savings measured against the utility bill
Since 2020, CETE TECH has provided demand-charge optimization or storage services to thousands of industrial enterprises in pharmaceuticals, semiconductors, manufacturing, food and other industries; actual results depend on enterprise load, tariffs and the delivery plan

Our proprietary platform has been integrated with grid dispatch / load-management systems in Anhui, Shaanxi, Zhejiang and other provinces, supporting storage, PV, EV chargers and industrial flexible loads. Market participation requires separate registration and access under local rules

Tariffs and market rules keep changing across regions. A virtual power plant uses software and communications to aggregate distributed resources such as storage, PV, adjustable loads and EV chargers. Where local markets are open and access requirements are met, it participates in medium- and long-term, spot and ancillary-service trades; returns depend on tariffs, load profile, equipment capability and operations.
Market access
Participating in trades requires entity registration and capability testing under local market rules; system integration does not equal obtaining market-participation qualification.
